Need to cancel your Booking?

To cancel you booking you will need; your Reference or Invoice Number and the email address that is registered for your event.

  • If you have not made any payment as yet for your event  you may proceed with the cancelation. This will free up our drivers to other events.

  • If you have made a payment for your event please read our Cancellation Terms and Conditions below:
CANCELLATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Reschedule and not cancel:

  • Our Company understands that not all events may eventuate successfully due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • You may reschedule your event to a future date with no costs at all.
  • Do not proceed with the cancellation on this page or your event will be marked as cancelled and flagged with a cancelation fee as per below rates.
  • Rescheduled events are not eligible for a refund in the future and are subject to Cancelation Fees as per below (ii) or (iii) whichever apples should you wish to cancel a future rescheduled event.
  • To reschedule your event; email or call our office with a future date so that you do not incur any cancellation fees. (Exit this page now)

Cancellation:

  • (i) Should you wish to proceed with a cancelation and not reschedule you may do so 30 days before the event date and receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • (ii) Cancellations made 30 days or less from the event date shall be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • (iii) Cancellations made 7 days or less from the event date shall be subject to a 50% cancellation fee plus the costs of any perishable food that was specifically preordered for your event; (ie. hot dogs, Fairy Floss or pop corn). Perishable goods will be deducted from your payment in full, over and above the cancellation fee.
