Q. Are you just a virtual booking service that passes out bookings to others?

A. No. Our Company has been building and operating vans since the 1960’s. Ove the years our vans have been sold to owner drivers all over Australia. It is these drivers that make up our fleet, wherever they are, spread out all over Australia. In Victoria the vans are owned and operated by us.

Q. How does it work?

There are 2 answers below to this question

A. Below are the steps you need to follow to find a driver in your area for Prepaid Events where the driver will serve your guests, that you or your Company has paid for

  1. Complete a booking request on line.
  2. Our web site (‘booking system’) has all drivers mapped by their locations all over Australia using Google Maps. The booking system will search for all drivers that service the address that you have entered in your Booking Request. It will relay your Booking Request to all of the drivers in your area and any available drivers will respond back to you directly by email.
  3. Once you receive the email with the drivers availability (check Junk Mail) and quote, there will be a confirm button on the email to reply with, should you wish to proceed with a booking.
  4. Once you click “Confirm” on the quotation email; the booking system will instantly send you an Invoice based on the driver’s quote.
  5. The Invoice Invoice will have payment details on it. Please follow these instructions as no booking is final until deposit or payment has been made by you.
  6. Once you payment/deposit is received and detected by the booking system: a) The driver receives the Booking Order to let them know your booking is confirmed and b) The driver Name and Telephone Number is send to you for any last minute contact direct with the driver.

A. Below are the steps you need to follow to find a driver in your area for Selling Events where the driver will sell their goods at your event

Drivers are happy to attend free of charge and sell their goods at certain events.

Events that qualify for this service:

  • Schools Fetes
  • Charity Fund Raising Events
  • Sports Club Events
  1. Complete a booking request on line.

The booking system will search for all drivers that service the address that you have entered in your Booking Request. It will relay your Booking Request to all of the drivers in your area and any available drivers will respond back to you directly by email.
  3. Once you receive the email with the drivers availability (check Junk Mail), there will be a confirm and cancel button on the email to reply with, should you wish to proceed with a booking click on Confirm, should you no longer require the service click Cancel.

Q. Our event is a selling type of event, do the drivers make any donation towards us?

A. Yes, drivers are happy to donate from their sales to schools, charities and sporting clubs. Please indicate that wish to receive a donation when completing the Booking Request.

Q. I have submitted a Booking Request how long until I get a reply?

A. Drivers normally reply very promptly if the are available on the date and time that you have requested. The Booking System will wait 72 hours. If no driver has replied by then it will notify you accordingly. It will keep on trying to find a driver for you right up until event day and you will be notified accordingly if a driver has become available.

Q. I have received a reply but it arrived late what do I do as I have booked someone else?

A. Simply let us know that the driver is no longer required or just do nothing at all and the Booking Request will automatically cancel once event date has lapsed.

Q. I have received a quote or driver availability and clicked “Confirm” but I received a message saying the driver is no longer available.

A. The drivers may cancel their availability for any event  non- Confirmed event. Once events are confirmed drivers cannot cancel their availability. It is advisable to Confirm your event asap to ensure you do not miss out.

Q. I have confirmed my booking and wish to cancel what happens.

A. for selling events: Notify us of the cancellation and the driver is advised accordingly

B. for prepaid events: Notify us of the cancellation and the driver will be notified accordingly

Please note:

  • Events cancelled 30 days beofre event date will receive a full refund of their deposit/payment (less any credit card charges if paid by credit card)
  • Events cancelled 7 days or less before event date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee

Q. Are all you vans pink and white?

A. All vans leave our factory pink and white. Over the years drivers may have repainted the vans with other colours. Victoria vans at our depot are all pink and white as in our photos on this web site.
