The normal range of travel for our drivers is up to 60Km's range from their bases, they can travel beyond that distance but travelling surcharges may apply.

Yes, all bookings receive a formal Tax Invoice with payment details.

Your event remains pending until payment is received. While an event is pending, driver availability is not locked in.

Once payment has been successfully received, your booking is confirmed and the allocated driver is committed to your event.

If the allocated driver is unable to attend because of illness, vehicle breakdown or another unforeseen circumstance, Mr Softy will endeavour to arrange a replacement driver for the same date and time, or as close to the requested time as reasonably possible.

If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, a full refund of the amount paid for the event can be issued.

Not always. Mr Softy has built and supplied hundreds of vans to owner-operators throughout Australia. Each van originally left our factory in the traditional pink-and-white Mr Softy colours and was equipped to serve the full Mr Softy range. Over time, individual operators may change the van’s colour, signage, layout or equipment. The van attending your event may therefore look different from the examples shown on our website, and available products can vary between operators. Your quote will confirm the products available for your event.
